Annual Freshman Picnic

The Freshman Picnic is a unique opportunity for incoming MSU freshmen open to all undergraduates in our region and their families. It’s an occasion that allows new Spartans a chance to network with current MSU students while parents get more information on MSU life from admissions office representatives. The Picnic event is a fun celebration of all things Green and White, but it also creates valuable connections to those families headed off to East Lansing in August.  The new Spartans are able to get all their questions answered by current and former Spartans who also attend the event.

This year's event will be Wednesday, June 2nd from 6:00 - 7:30 pm at Henry Johnson Park Pavilion in Walker

Free admission. Parents and other family members are welcome. Come rain or shine.

BBQ dinner with dessert and raffle prizes.

MSU Students, alumni and staff will be available to answer questions about campus life, financial aid, dormitories, and student organizations.
